Registration Terms

  • Motivata will not refund you any amount if you decide to opt out of our Motivata Membership at any point of time.
  • If you register for our Motivata Membership you will be getting the following benefits :
    1. Motivata's (1) SOS one-on-one goal-building session along with access to our monthly community SOS meet-ups for a year.
    2. You get priority access to our online events / offline events for the following year. [ Creators Workshops + Let's Talk Big sessions + SOS webinars, monthly meet-ups ]
    3. Access to our Motivata App's Doer's Tab wherein you can apply for numerous opportunities of your desire. Confirmation on the applied opportunity is specifically selection-based.
    4. Chance to apply for Motivata's Creators Service. All services are applicable only for selected members upon the submission of the creator's form.
    5. Get a hard-printed copy of our first magazine. (Strictly based on availability/location) Get a digital copy/print copy as per your selection entry, for the future, as received through our Magazine's form shared to you via email post membership confirmation.
    6. Discounts on our Motivata's Merchandises post-launch.
  • The above stated membership benefits are only for the initial 3000 users / doers.
  • We request you to keep checking our terms and conditions time to time to stay aware of all the benefits that we have to offer as we can revoke them anytime, without prior information to you on individual basis.
  • You will receive a confirmation mail from our end after successful payment transaction.
  • We do not hold any accountability if by any chance your money is stuck in our transaction through Patym. Although you can mail us at contact@motivata.in and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
  • All access to the given services will be given through different mails, as soon as the services are launched.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • Motivata Membership
    Once registered your registration cannot be cancelled, transfered or refunded. Please make sure you are sure about your decision.
  • Products
    a) The delivery of the magazine is subject to delivery feasibility/Availability. Local inter-city deliveries will be prioritized. We cannot promise a hard copy for people residing out of Indore but we will do our best possible otherwise.
    b) We can assure you a digital print but hard print delivery would totally be situation-based.
    c) If you wish to re-schedule your SOS session you can only do it once. For further details please contact us.
    d) SOS one-on-one session and community meet-ups are non-transferable.
    e) Motivata Creators service is only fully available once you are a partnered creator with us, we are not accountable to grant you all the services just because you have our membership. Only upon form completion signed MOU and after we partner with you on the said terms, we are accountable to deliver all the discussed services.

We have an integrated payment method. Access to our Premium user tab namely Doer’s Tab is only given to users who either hold our Membership or have prior purchased our Premium app access. You can either pay for our Premium user through In-app purchases or through our Website. Membership payment is solely done on our website.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

  • Motivata Premium user
    Once registered your registration cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded. Please make sure you are sure about your decision.
  • Service
    a) You will get a one year access to our Doer's tab, for the year that you paid in March 2020 to March 2021 and so on. You get access to apply for any given opportunities. You can renew your access every year. Please check our website for more information on renewal and updated service time period and charges.

END-SERVICE

  • PREMIUM USER
    Email confirmation: Your payment confirmation will be sent via an email/ a message on your phone. Make sure you put in your primary contact details.
  • SERVICE
    a) We only provide you the access and ability to apply to the given opportunities, your confirmation for the same is not promised. It totally depends on if you were shortlisted for that opportunity.
    b) After payment if you choose not to use our services and it's privileges it's up to you.

Everyone who has even in-direct, non-assigned access to it is also bonded under a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to not disclose any information in any case.
